Before you request an estimate.

Practical details that can change the plan.

What affects the cost of a concrete project?

Area, thickness, removal, access, ground and base preparation, drainage, reinforcement where specified, and finish all affect the scope. An on-site review helps turn those details into a written estimate for your property.

What if equipment cannot reach the pour area?

Narrow gates, fences, landscaping and distance from the street can change the work plan. Show us the route during the site visit so access and any protection or removal are included in the scope.

How does rain affect scheduling and curing?

Rain and temperature can change placement timing and curing conditions. We discuss the weather window before scheduling and give project-specific care and return-to-use instructions after placement.

What happens to the old concrete and jobsite debris?

Removal and disposal should be explicit in the written scope. We review what stays, what goes, how the work area is accessed and what cleanup is included before work begins.
