Property Photos and Project Review Requests

If you request a project review, we collect the property photos you choose to upload, your project preferences and your contact details. Uploaded originals may include location or camera metadata. Share only photos you are comfortable providing to SCS, and avoid including people or private documents unnecessarily.

We use these photos to review your property, discuss the proposed work and plan the next steps with you. Photos are stored privately with our hosting provider and are available to approved SCS crew accounts through an authenticated workspace. They are not added to our public project gallery or used in marketing without separate permission. Our lead system receives your inquiry and a crew-only review link. Sending photos does not sign you up for text messages; the separate optional text choices apply.

3. Mobile Information & SMS Opt-In

No mobile information you share with SCS Roofing and Concrete will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and consent records collected through our contact form are used solely by Sustainable Construction Solutions LLP / SCS Roofing and Concrete to communicate with you about your project, scheduling, and (if you opted in) our own offers and promotions.

Information sharing for the limited purpose of operating SMS messaging services with our communication providers is excluded from this restriction. These providers act on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics) that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and purpose-limitation obligations.
• To comply with legal obligations, valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We record anonymous site interactions, such as estimate-form steps and phone-link clicks, in our own hosting database. These records contain public page paths and fixed event categories, not form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or advertising identifiers. A phone-link click does not establish a completed call. During a visit, browser session storage keeps the initial public page, referring website domain, and bounded campaign labels. If you submit an inquiry, those source details are stored with its submission ID and sent to our lead system to help us understand which activity produces inquiries and jobs. Disabling browser storage does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including consent record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Unsubmitted property-photo uploads become eligible for removal after seven days. A bounded maintenance pass removes abandoned files as new photo uploads are processed; removal may take longer when there is no upload activity. Submitted photos follow the retention purposes above. Contact us to request removal of your photos.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

• SMS: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• Email: contact us at sales@scsbuilds.com to update or remove your information.
• Cookies: manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
