Your project.
Our responsibility.

Here’s what to expect when you work with SCS. Your project manager carries the condition, recommendation and written scope through the work.

Meet the people behind the work
  1. Inspect the condition

Your project manager inspects the property and helps you understand what needs attention.

  2. Agree on the scope

Review the recommendation, materials, work and price in writing before you commit.

  3. Coordinate the work

Your project manager coordinates the work against the agreed scope and remains your point of contact.

  4. Walk the finished project

Review the completed work with the project manager who knows its history.

Before your next concrete project.

Can just part of my driveway be replaced?

Sometimes. The remaining concrete, base support, drainage and transitions affect the recommendation. Ask your project manager to explain the removal limits in the written scope.

When can I walk or drive on it?

Confirm the care and access instructions for your project. A finished appearance does not establish that concrete is ready for traffic. Your project manager can explain protection and permitted use.

What should I share for an estimate?

Describe what you want replaced, repaired or added. Share photos, approximate dimensions, intended use and any access or drainage concerns.
