Is the on-site estimate free?
Yes. Start with a free on-site estimate and a conversation about what your property needs. SCS will follow up on your request to arrange a visit.
Can you repair my roof, or does it need replacing?
SCS provides roof repair and replacement services. The recommendation starts with the condition of your property. Your project manager explains the findings and proposed scope so you can understand why the work is recommended.
How will the project affect my day?
Timing and access depend on the work at your property. Before work begins, discuss parking, deliveries, noise, cleanup and which areas will be unavailable. For concrete, ask when the surface can be walked or driven on. Confirm the schedule with your project manager.
What happens if something unexpected is found?
Some conditions only become visible once work begins. Before accepting a proposal, ask how additional work, price changes and your approval will be documented. Your written scope is the starting point for that conversation.
What warranty will my project have?
Request the applicable product and workmanship terms in writing. Coverage depends on the proposed materials and work. Review who provides each warranty, what is excluded and how to request help before you decide.
